ELOOP is happy to replace products in accordance to terms and conditions referred in Sticker Void attached on product box, sticker void on product body or receipt issued by ELOOP.
ELOOP warrants damaged products incurred from manufactured by factory or unstandardized parts without charging any cost during warranty period and will continue to warrant the claimed product until the expiration date of warranty calculating from the date of the warranty starts within 7 days (since the customers receive products)
In case of any defects, ELOOP is happy to replace product: - Unproper assemblance and defects - Malfunction from any part i.e. output / input channel, broken LED or defected POWER button Pursuant to the above-mentioned condition, ELOOP reserves the right to replace products within 7 (seven) days and shall be responsible for shipping fee. In case of condition aside the aforesaid mention, the right to claim product will be in 1 year warranty condition as follows:- within 1 Year
ELOOP is happy for customers to claim or replace as per following conditions:- - Explicitly external defect e.g. device cannot be charged or no power at output channel. Product body is not assembled properly. In case that the customers find problems since the first time of using products, customers is entitled to replace products within 7 (seven) day (refer from receipt.) - In case of exceeding 1 (one) year, any defect shall be considered that incurs from use of customers. Customers is not entitled to claim or can be claim within terms and conditions stated by ELOOP only.
Warranty shall be terminated when
Products does not have stick void or stick void is so defected that it cannot be used to trace informaiton. - Products is defected because of accidents or event e.g. fall, sink, fire, defect, scatch, broken by use of customers (click link to refer products which cannot be claimed.).
