บริษัทฯ ยินดีรับเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้า / คืนเงิน ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด มิฉะนั้นบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้า / คืนเงิน ในทุกกรณี

• สินค้าที่ชำรุด แตก หัก บุบ งอ เบี้ยว ร้าว ทะลุ มีรอยขูดขีด ที่ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งาน

• สินค้าผิด ไม่ตรงตามรายละเอียด สลับรุ่น สลับสี
• สินค้าที่มีสภาพผิดปกติ เสียหาย ซึ่งเกิดจากการผลิต และ การเก็บรักษาอย่างไม่ถูกต้อง เช่น คราบกาว คราบน้ำ คราบสี เป็นต้น
• สินค้าที่เกิดความเสียหายจากการขนส่ง เช่น แตก หัก บุบ เป็นต้น
• ทางบริษัทฯ ขอปฏิเสธการรับคืนสินค้า ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความไม่พึงพอใจในสินค้า แต่สินค้านำไปใช้งานแล้ว
•  บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้า และคืนเงิน โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  
  หมายเหตุ
•  ในการเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้า / คืนเงิน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับคืนมายังบริษัทฯ ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้าตามวันที่ประทับตราขนส่ง หากเกินจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้าในทุกกรณี
•  ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้ส่งสินค้ากลับมายังบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินให้แก่ลูกค้า
•  ในกรณีสินค้ายังอยู่ในระยะเวลาประกัน แต่เป็นสินค้ารุ่นเก่า ตกรุ่น ไม่มีสินค้า ทางเราขออนุญาตเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นสินค้าอื่นทดแทน หรือคืนเงินโดยหักค่าเสื่อมของสินค้าตามอายุการใช้งาน แต่ไม่เกินจำนวน 50% ของราคาขายปลีก ณ.เวลาที่ยื่นเรื่อง

•  ในกรณีได้รับสินค้าผิด ไม่ตรงตามรายละเอียด กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า พร้อมข้อมูลผู้สั่งซื้อ หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ รูปภาพของสินค้า ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า
•  กรณีสินค้ามีปัญหาหลังระยะเวลา 7 วัน แต่ยังอยู่ในช่วงระยะเวลารับประกัน กรุณาติดต่อแจ้งเคลมสินค้าช่องทางออนไลน์เท่านั้น

• ระยะเวลารับประกันสินค้า ตลอดอายุการใช้งาน ในรุ่น 3D Tripple Strong Max / 365 ในรุ่น UV Glue / 180 วัน ในรุ่น Super Strong Max และ 90 วัน ในรุ่นใน 3D Cuve Full Glue / 3D Strong Max / 3D Case Friendly / 3D Privacy / 3D Matte Resin edge / 3D Anti Bacteria ทุกรุ่นใน นับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า
• การรับประกันจะรับประกัน ฟิลม์กระจก 1 ชิ้น ต่อ 1 ใบรับประกัน เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น
• กรุณาเก็บใบรับประกันหรือลงทะเบียนเพื่อใช้สิทธิในการเคลมในกรณีใบรับประกันสูญหายหรือไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนประกัน บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในการเคลมสินค้า
• ลูกค้าจะต้องลงทะเบียนการรับประกันในระบบ ONLINE ภายใน 10 วัน หลัง จากซื้อสินค้าเท่านั้น เพื่อรักษาสิทธิในการเคลมสินค้าและเพื่อผลประโยชน์ของตัวท่านเอง
